WAI'ANAE
Foster-care help needed

Advertiser Staff

"Project Visitation," a foster-care program designed to assist foster children with sibling get-togethers, is looking for volunteers from the Wai'anae area.

Moya Gray, executive director of Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii, said the program wants to target potential volunteers from the Wai'anae Coast because "that's where many of the children who need this service reside."

The volunteers would be expected to dedicate six hours to eight hours monthly to transporting foster-care children for outings with their siblings.
