NOAA to update Hawaiian monk seals' status

NOAA Fisheries will release information today regarding the health of twin Hawaiian monk seals that were kept in captive care and returned to the Midway Atoll this past October.Today's 10:30 a.m. briefing at NOAA's Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center will include information on the Captive Care Project.
Dr. Robert Braun, NOAA Fisheries contract veterinarian, and Dr. Charles Littnan of NOAA's Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center will be releasing the information.
