Multiple charges in sex-assault case

Prosecutors charged a 34-year-old man today with 29 counts of felony sexual assault.William F.D. Rittmeiser II is accused of 17 counts of first-degree sex assault and 12 counts of third-degree sex assault involving a 19-year-old woman over a "prolonged period of time" in Waipahu, according to police. Bail is $800,000.
