Kaua'i North Shore beaches closed today

Ocean Safety Bureau officials said Kaua'i North shore beaches from Ke'e to the west side of Hanalei pier are closed today due to dangerous ocean conditions. Queen's Bath is also closed.Surf as high as 15 to 20 feet has been reported along with strong currents making it unsafe for people to enter the water.
Those wanting to go to the beach today should go to other guarded beaches on the island.
