HECO exec to address Native Hawaiian business group

Robbie Alm, senior vice president of public affairs for Hawaiian Electric Co. will discuss "Hawai'i's Energy Future, What It Means To Native Hawaiian Business," April 19 at the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce's monthly luncheon meeting.

Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. with lunch and the program starting at noon. Cost for members is $15 and $20 for non-members. Members are encouraged to bring a guest. The location is 1451 Queen Emma Street.

Alm has led HECO's public affairs office since 2001. Before joining HECO Alm served as executive vice president and manager of the Financial Management Group at First Hawaiian Bank for eight years and as Director of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs for six years.
