Three parades march in April

There will be three parades in April through Waikiki.
The Salute to Youth Parade, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, will start at Fort DeRussy and move along Kalakaua Avenue to Kapi'olani Park. About 1,500 marchers, 18 vehicles, five floats and 12 bands will participate in the parade. For more information, visit www.hawaiiinvitational.com.
The Celebration of Youth Parade is from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and will move from Fort DeRussy along Kalakaua Avenue to Kapi'olani Park.
The Waikiki Spam Jam Street Festival is scheduled at 4 p.m. April 28.
