Morgan Stanley Real Estate buys CNL Hotels & Resorts

Morgan Stanley Real Estate completed its $6.6 billion purchase of CNL Hotels & Resorts Inc. and its eight luxury resort properties that include the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa on Maui.The transaction, announced in January, also includes the purchase of other resort properties in Arizona, California and Florida.
