Honolulu Marathon champions have busy weekend

Three Honolulu Marathon champions will be in contention in different races on Sunday and Monday.Five-time men's champion Jimmy Muindi will compete in the Rotterdam Marathon on Sunday, three-time women's champion Lyubov Morgunova will be in the Nagano Marathon Sunday, and current Honolulu Marathon champion Lyubov Denisova will be in the Boston Marathon Monday.
Muindi, who won the event two years ago with a best career time 2:07:50, won the Honolulu Marathon in 1999, 2000, 2003, 2004, 2005.
Morgunova set course records twice in the Honolulu Marathon, which she has won in 2000, 2001, 2004.
Denisova is the current course-record holder in the Honolulu Marathon.
