Surf film premieres at Hard Rock Cafe April 17

News Release

Rob Machado, Brett Simpson and Hank Gaskell are just a few of the surfers featured in "Hurley Hawaii Winter 2006," which premieres at the Hard Rock Cafe at 8 p.m. April 17. The screening is free and open to all ages.

The film chronicles the Hurley team through the North Shore 2006 winter season and follows X-Games skateboarding champion Bob Burnquist as he narrates from the inaugural Cholo's North Shore bowl riding championships.

Guests will get a sneak peek at Hurley Entertainment's upcoming Hawai'i skate film and "Salbaland," an upcoming television series about legendary pool rider Steve Alba.

Surfer Kekoa Cazimero, along with Hurley's Hawai'i surf and skate teams, will be on hand to meet and greet with fans and sign autographs.
