New cruises slated to Hawai'i from Mainland & Mexico

Advertiser Staff

Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean announced cruise plans for 2008 that include at least 10 voyages to Hawai'i from the West Coast or Mexico.

Celebrity said it will have Honolulu-Ensenada cruises in March and October as well as voyages from between San Diego and Hawai'i in October, November and December. It will also have San Diego-Hawai'i cruises in February and March of 2009.

Royal Caribbean said its plans include two sailings from Mexico to Hawaii and three from San Diego in early and late summer 2008.

NCL America earlier this week announced plans to pull the Pride of Hawai'i out of the interisland service next February because of financial losses the company is suffering in the local market.
