KAPA'A
Parent Project classes are free

Advertiser Staff

Free classes designed to give parents practical solutions for raising their children will be offered at 6 p.m. Fridays, starting April 27 at the Kapa'a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The Parent Project classes are sponsored by the county's Anti-Drug Office, the state Department of Education, the Kaua'i Police Department and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Free classes for teens and pre-teens will be held at the same time to provide youngsters with skills they need to face today's challenges, organizers said.
