Increased wind, rain on the horizon, forecasters say

Moderate to fresh trade winds are expected to continue growing in intensity as the new week approaches, according to the National Weather Service.

The trades will bring some isolated showers with them today and tomorrow, with shower activity increasing as the winds intensify, forecasters said.

Here's a closer look at what to expect during the next few days.

Today, sunny with isolated showers. Highs 79 to 85. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Tonight, mostly clear with isolated showers. Lows 67 to 75. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Sunday, sunny with isolated showers. Highs 80 to 86. East winds 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Sunday night, mostly clear with isolated showers. Breezy. Lows 66 to 75. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Monday, sunny with isolated showers. Breezy. Highs 79 to 86. East winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.
