Weekly thoughts

A person not feeling well goes to a doctor. The doctor examines him and finds nothing wrong. The trouble is a secret tension in his heart, a hidden irritation, maybe a resentment against someone in his home or office. It affects the mind and, through the mind, the body. To get well, he must learn to forgive. To live is to forgive.

Thoughts by the late Rev. Paul Osumi are selected weekly by his family.
