2 arrested men released in Ke'eaumoku assault case

Two men arrested Saturday morning on suspicion of kicking a woman in Pawa'a during a fight were released this morning pending further investigation.The men, ages 41 and 30, were arrested on Ke'eaumoku and Makaloa streets at 6 a.m. for allegedly kicking a woman, 23, who was on the ground.
She was taken to The Queen's Medical Center with unknown injuries. The men arrested were booked for first-degree assault and released today at 9 a.m.
