Special legislative session today to honor war dead

The state Senate and House of Representatives will convene in a special joint session at 10 a.m. today to recognize military service members who have given their lives in the line of duty.The families of fallen service members will receive the Hawaii Medal of Honor on behalf of their loved ones.
The joint session will be broadcast live on Channel 49 (Focus) on O'ahu and live to the Neighbor Islands via Hawaii Interactive Television Service.Rebroadcast times and dates will be announced when they become available.
