Ceridian Hawaii signs deal with Metron Time Clock Co.

HONOLULU, April 15, 2007 – Metron Time Clock Company and Ceridian Employer Services Hawaii, (www.ceridianhawaii.com <www.ceridianhawaii.com/> ) announced today they are partnering to launch three new PC based time and attendance products exclusively for Ceridian Hawaii's payroll customers. These new offerings represent both Metron's and Ceridian's continuing commitment to fully automating Time & Attendance for all sizes of companies as well as their understanding of the unique needs of Hawaii's small businesses.

These three products are special editions of nationally distributed, Microsoft Certified software packages. They are:

Time-Windows- the best choice for any size company who wants their employees to clock-in and out using the WorldWide Web. Time-Windows provides a time clock solution that will instantly automate your time and attendance tracking, providing the easiest, fastest and most private way to transfer your employee's hours worked information directly to your payroll department.

PcClock- perfect for any company who wants their employees to clock in and out directly from any networked PC. With PcClock, there is no limit to the number of employees, or the number of networked PCs that employees clock in and out from. PcClock can also collect your employee punches off of the Internet.

TimeCard Calc- developed for those companies who want to keep their reliable mechanical time clock and manually enter each employee's time card punches onto his time card record. TimeCard Calc provides all the computing, reporting and interfacing features of a full computerized time clock system.

All three products have been enhanced to give added controls for Hawaii's unique Labor Laws and Practices. For example, the Benefits Eligibility report (one of 30 plus standard reports) highlights any and all employees who have worked less than 19.5 hours in a calendar work week over a running several week period.
