36 public schools, eSchool offering summer classes

Thirty-six public schools plus the online eSchool will be offering regular classes this summer.Tuition is $160 for full 120-hour sessions, and prorated for shorter sessions, according to a state Department of Education news release.
Registration dates vary from school to school. Many are already accepting registration, while some begin registration in May.
In addition to the open enrollment schools, many other schools are offering programs limited to their own students, especially for those who need to work on credit recovery. Many schools are also offering various remedial or enrichment programs for their own students ranging from a few days to several weeks in duration.
