State reports 12 missing foster children found

Twelve teens listed on the the Department of Human Services Missing Children Web site were reported found this week, a DHS news release said.DHS is asking for more help in locating other missing children. A complete list of foster children reported missing can be found at www.hawaii.gov/missing-children.
