Virginia Tech University classes will resume April 23, one week after a gunman who had undergone a mental health evaluation killed 31 people on campus, university spokesman Larry Hincker said.Cho Seung Hui, 23, a South Korean student who killed himself following the rampage April 16, was evaluated by a local mental health agency after an acquaintance told authorities last fall he could be suicidal, said University Police Chief Wendell Flinchum.
