Hawaii International Jazz Festival cancels 2007 concerts

In the wake of founder Abe Weinstein's death in January, the Hawaii International Jazz Festival has cancelled its remaining concerts for 2007. Festival organizers will reevaluate the festival's future concert events, jazz clinics and "Visual Jazz" art contest.One plan they are looking at: An all-day jazz festival to be held n spring 2008.
