Hawai'i stiffed on list of 100 best places to relocate

A ranking of the top 100 places for relocating consumers doesn't include any spots in Hawai'i.The "Top 100 Places to Live for 2007" was put together by Relocate-America.com and selected Asheville, N.C., as the best spot to live.
The company said a community must first be nominated by someone familiar with its benefits. It then is ranked in terms of education, crime, employment and housing data.
