Broken water main slows Kane'ohe traffic

One lane in the Kahalu'u-bound direction of Kamehameha Highway is closed near Ben Parker Elementary School while crews with the Board of Water Supply work to repair a ruptured main.The repair work was scheduled and crews hope to have the 16-inch main repaired soon.
