Pascual pitches Kamehameha by Damien, 10-2

Chris Pascual pitched a complete game, striking out 11, to lead Kamehameha to a 10-2 win over Damien last night in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu baseball game at Central O'ahu Regional Park.

Pascual held the Monarchs, who scored their only runs in the top of the first inning, to two hits.

The Warriors (6-5) broke the game open in the fourth inning, scoring six runs on six hits.

John Worthington went 3 for 4 with three RBIs for Kamehameha, and Mitch Kauweloa drove in two runs.

Darby Ventura and Bryson Namba each drove in a run for the Monarchs (5-7).

Cole Shidaki drove in the tying run in the bottom of the seventh and Ryan Iaea followed by driving in the game-winner as the Crusaders (2-10) beat the Wolf Pack (0-12) at Ala Wai Field.

Shidaki finished with three RBIs, going 2 for 3, and Kyle Gonzaga also went 2 for 3 with an RBI and two runs scored.

Ryan DeMello went 2 for 4 with four RBIs for Pac-Five.
