McLachlin shoots 75 in first round of Zurich Classic

Honolulu native Parker McLachlin shot a 3-over-par 75 in the opening round of the PGA's Zurich Classic of New Orleans at the TPC Louisiana in Avondale, La.Kyle Reifers, a Nationwide Tour graduate and PGA rookie, shot a 64 to take a two-stroke lead over Mark Calcavecchia. Tim Petrovic, Tom Johnson and Lucas Glover were another shot back.
Kane'ohe native Dean Wilson is not playing in this tournament.
