An expert in capital formation will address the Hawaii Venture Capital Association's monthly luncheon meeting ThursdayThe scheduled speaker is Brad Bertoch, nationally recognized leader in equity backed business development, capital formation, and technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. Brown is president of the Wayne Brown Institute, a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to improving the human condition through entrepreneurship.
