Mark E. Recktenwald, new chief judge for the Intermediate Court of Appeals, and Glenn J. Kim, new judge for the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, will be sworn in at 4 p.m. Monday at the state's Supreme Court courtroom, 417 S. King St.
