Advertiser Staff

Dole Plantation this Saturday will host its first Family Fun Day featuring musical performances, keiki activities and food.

Admission is free to the event, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the plantation, 64-1550 Kamehameha Highway. A portion of the proceeds from vendor sales will be donated to area schools and nonprofit organizations, Dole said.

Performances include Island Breeze, Sean Tiwanak and the Helemano Elementary School ukulele club. Most of the food and product vendors, as well as entertainment, are from the Wahiawa and North Shore areas, said Susan Harada, Dole vice president of retail operations.
