Fujikawa shoots 76 at Chunichi Crowns golf event

Moanalua High School sophomore Tadd Fujikawa, 16, shot a 6-over-par 76 today in the first round of the Chunichi Crowns, a Japan Golf Tour Organization event in Nagoya, Japan.Fujikawa trails the leaders by nine shots.
Hirofumi Miyase and Keiichiro Fukabor each shot 3-under 67s.
Fujikawa is tied for 76th place.
Fujikawa's playing partners were former Hawaiian Open champion Isao Aoki and Yusaku Miyazato. Aoki shot a 76 and Miyazato a 79.
Fujikawa was playing in his first tournament since he followed up his stunning top-20 Sony Open finish with a win over a field of American and Japanese pros at the Hawaii Pearl Open Feb. 11.
