Advertiser Staff

Strong trade winds are continuing to produce rough and choppy surf near the 8-foot advisory level along east shores, according to the National Weather Service.

Surf along north shores is expected to roll in today at 6 feet to 8 feet. West shores will see surf up to 4 feet.

Southern shores will see surf from 1 foot to 3 feet. A smaller northwest swell will arrive tomorrow night and peak Friday with surf well below advisory heights.
