Hawai'i Pacific softball moves up one spot in poll

The Hawai'i Pacific University softball team moved up one spot to No. 18 in the latest NFCA Division II poll.The Sea Warriors (31-11) and No. 23 Hawai'i Hilo (37-10), which remained in the same spot, are scheduled for a doubleheader in Hilo on Saturday and Sunday.
Columbus State (48-2) tops the poll.
The Sea Warriors and Vulcans are ranked fourth and fifth in the West Region poll that was also released today. Cal State Stanislaus (42-6) is first in the poll, and the top eight teams in the final regional poll qualify for the regional tournament.
