State issues citations for unlicensed business activities

The state has issued citations for unlicensed business activities to 17 individuals and businesses operating unlicensed massage, beauty shop and auto repair businesses on O'ahu and the Big Island.The state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs said its Regulated Industries Complaints Office conducted two enforcement operations that resulted in 26 citations. those cited in Honolulu included Oang Oanh Tran, MAHJ Inc., Jin Yi Kim, Pink LLC, Yun Jung Seol doing business as Hula Relaxation, Yon Chu Kim, Shuanghong Kall doing business as Rainbow 7, Kathy Lee and Chonglak Thavykoth.
On the Big Island it cited Diem Trang Tran, Quoc Viet Huynh doing business as Nail Tech, Nguyet Hoang, Dalilah E. Riefer, Patricia L. Morrissey doing business as Headline News, Anszil Keown, Paul Ogasawara and Stephanie Joerker.
