2 arrested on drug, firearms charges in Kane'ohe

Kane'ohe police arrested a 23-year-old male and a 22-year-old female at a Lilipuna Road address this morning on drug and firearms charges.Some $16,000 in cash was confiscated along with 22.8 grams of crystal methamphetamine with a street value of about $1,800, a .45-caliber automatic handgun, ammunition for four types of weapons and drug paraphernalia.
The couple were taken to the Kane'ohe police station where they are being questioned. Police have not charged the couple.
