Windward areas continue to get brunt of rain

Showery low clouds embedded in the trade winds continue to bring rain to the windward areas of the islands, the National Weather Service said. Most of the rain is across Maui and Kaua'i.Today: Partly sunny with scattered showers. Highs 75 to 82. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
