Power restored to 587 homes in Makaha

Power was restored to about 587 homes in Makaha at 3:14 a.m. this morning, Hawaiian Electric spokesman Darren Pai said.The outage occurred at 12:08 this morning. Preliminary reports are that a faulty cable caused the blackout.
