A traffic collision involving a tour bus and a truck at Kaimuki and Kapahulu avenues this morning left both drivers in serious condition.

The truck driver, 46, and the bus driver, 67, both men, were transported to The Queen's Medical Center after the accident, which occurred about 9:40 a.m., said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for Honolulu Emergency Services Department.

Three passengers on the bus were transported in stable condition to Straub Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, Cheplic said.
