New monthly dance party at thirtyninehotel tonight

Stop Drop & Pop, a new monthly dance party, kicks off at thirtyninehotel in Chinatown tonight.The event is the brainchild of DJ Eskae, jim-Browskee and Fabiana Franco, who is behind the popular Favela Funk parties. On the turntables will be New York's DJ Sujinho, "U.S. ambassador" of Brazilian Baile funk music.
He'll spin a mix of Brazilian Baile funk, Baltimore club, booty house, southern crunk, electro, indie rock and hip-hop.
