Kaua'i wins honors for locally made program

LIHU'E – Kaua'i County's "Kaua'i Made" program was honored Thursday night at the International Association of Business Communicators — Hawai'i chapter Ilima Awards banquet.The event was held at the Hale Koa Hotel on O'ahu. The 20-plus year awards program recognizes outstanding business communications in 11 categories from writing to illustration to logos and complete public relations programs.
The "Kaua'i Made" program, which promotes locally made products, received an award of excellence for its logo design and a merit award for its Web site.
