Easter Seals Hawaii tags $150K grant for autism service

Easter Seals Hawai'i plans to expand its services to people with autism spectrum disorder through a $150,000 grant funded by the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, Inc. and Friends of Hawaii Charities.

"At Easter Seals Hawai'i, we are seeing an increase in families affected by ASD who are requesting more services and support," Chief Executive Officer John Howell said in a news release issued today. "This grant will help us accelerate programs that will make a significant difference in our community."
