Waipahu man arrested by federal agents

A 26-year-old Waipahu man was arrested today outside of Circuit Court and turned over to federal authorities for likely prosecution.The man has four prior convictions that includes use of a firearm in commission of a felony in 2002 and for auto theft in 2000 and 2002.
The man was arrested at 9 a.m. It was not immediately known what the federal arrest is for.
