Federal grand jury indicts 3 people in Hawaii

A federal grand jury today returned indictments charging three people in unrelated cases with firearm, drug and false identity offenses.

Konrad Ross was charged with alleged possession of a .22-caliber Marlin rifle on July 24 while being an "unlawful user of controlled substances."

In a superceding indictment, Carice Steward was charged with possession with intent to distribute 82.1 grams of methamphetamine on Jan. 24.

Jorge Antonio Nunez-Dominguez, meanwhile, was charged in a two-count indictment with possession of two false Social Security cards, two false permanent resident cards and a fraudulent California driver's license on July 18.
