Increased trade winds will make for rougher surf

Advertiser Staff

As trade winds increase over the weekend, National Weather Service forecasters say the surf along east shores, 3 feet to 5 feet today, will get rougher.

Surf along the south shores is 2 feet to 4 feet today and as the series of south swells pass, surf along southern shores will remain small through Tuesday.

Surf along west shores will be 3 feet or less and north shores will see surf 2 feet or less.
