Elderly housing applications set

The Hawai'i County Office of Housing and Community is accepting applications for one-bedroom units at the Kula'imano Elderly Housing Project in Pepe'ekeo.

Occupancy cannot exceed two persons per unit. Eligible applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet income requirements.

The tenant's share of rent is based on gross income of the household. Gross annual income cannot exceed $21,800 for a single-person household or $24,900 for a two-person household.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received by the housing office. For more information or an application, call 959-4642.
