ATA selling West Coast flights for as low as $139

ATA, an air carrier that bills itself as offering affordable air service, has started a four-day airfare sale that features off-peak flights to Los Angeles and Oakland for as low as $139 one-way.The seven-day advance purchase fare must be purchased at the airline's www.ata.com Web site. It is good for travel on varying dates beginning either late this month or next month and extending through Nov. 15. Other fares include $159 to Ontario, Calif., and Phoenix for $169; Chicago's Midway airport for $269.
Tickets purchased through ATA reservation centers and ticket counters will cost $10 more and the fares are nonrefundable. Taxes and security fees aren't included in the above prices.
