Hawaii Marines holding change-of-command ceremony

The commanding general of Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Brig. Gen. Steven A. Hummer, will today relinquish command in a 10 a.m. ceremony at Kane'ohe Bay's Marine Corps base.Col. Mark A. Dungan, currently the deputy commander, will assume the duties of commander for MCBH as Hummer prepares to transfer to Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Fla.
