The county is seeking applicants to fill the South Hilo/Puna seat on the Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission, and three vacancies on the Salary Commission for the South Hilo/Downtown, Puna Makai, and Puna/Ka'u/South Kona seats.

Serving on the volunteer commissions normally requires no more than one day a month plus a few hours in preparation time.
