Golf: Kop captures Army Invitational by two strokes

Brandan Kop shot a 1-under-par 71 today to capture the championship flight of the Army Invitational by two strokes at Leilehua Golf Course.Kop finished the 54-hole event at 7-under 209.
Matthew Ma placed second at 71—211, followed by Derek Zellmer (68—215) and Jonathan Ota (73—216).
Keenan Lum beat Robert Nakagawa in a playoff to win A flight with 73—226; Alan Adachi beat Kin Lo in a playoff to win B flight with 76—239; Joe Zdyrski won C flight with 85—249; and Russ McGarry won the senior flight with 80—225.
