Neighbor arrested in Kalihi Valley burglary

Police today arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of breaking into his neighbor's Kalihi Valley home.A woman, 54, told police she was awakened by a noise in her bedroom at 1:55 a.m. and recognized the intruder as a neighbor.
The man was being held on an outstanding $150 misdemeanor warrant while being questioned about the break-in.
