Police searching for suspect in Waikiki car shooting

Police have put out an all-points bulletin for a 33-year-old man who they believe shot out the back window of a car with a 9 mm handgun about 2:45 a.m. this morning in the parking lot of the Ohana Waikiki hotel.Police were told the man fled the area in a silver Subaru WRX after the shooting.
The suspect is a Schofield Barracks soldier whose mother lives in Hawaii Kai, police said.
