'Say What You Need' seminar slated for Aug. 25

Sunny Massad offers a seminar, "How to Say What You Need and Get What You Want," at 1 p.m. Aug. 25.
The three-hour seminar at the Hawaii Wellness Retreat House will focus on the fear to speak your own truth and helping to learn how to assert yourself.
