Pair charged with March assault in Waianae

Prosecutors today charged two men with assault stemming from a dispute between neighbors in Wai'anae.Eugene Kostron, 28, of Kalihi is accused of felony second-degree assault and three counts of misdemeanor third-degree assault while Lopaka W.N. Ceno, 25, of Wai'anae was charged with one count each of second- and third-degree assault.
Bail is $50,000 for Kostron and $11,000 for Ceno.
The two men allegedly assaulted two men, ages 60 and 27, and a woman, 21, on March 3 at 6:30 p.m. on the victims' property.
